1. Self-Motivation
Self-Motivation is a habit or trait you should have if you want to be successful. It is fine to have other sources of motivation but, what if those sources cease to exist, will you just abandon your dreams? Although people are now saying that passion is dead. But no, even if people stop following their passion, it still pays to follow your passion. If what you are doing is the same thing you are passionate about, you will notice that you don't even need anyone to motivate you before you do your thing. 3. Creativity
This is one of the traits that separates successful people from others. I'm not saying you have to go and build a car or start painting. Those things are an act of creativity BUT you can be creative in any field you are in. If you can think it, then you can do it.
4. Willingness to learn
The amount of things you know is directly proportional to the number of things you can think about. Go gather knowledge. Whether in your field or in order fields, no knowledge is lost, you'll need it one day. Be humble to learn, don't prove unless you are very sure you are right. Listening to people will make you understand them more and will even give you more ideas than you know about something or someone.
